This is my second attempt, and the result is IMPROVING! The taste is there, but the look is yet to be developed. hehehhe... I need to make this more.
baking a cheese cake is simpler than you think....
Base: Any type of biscuits crumb (I like McVities original or Oreo)
1. 500gm cream cheese
2. 250gm cream (But I have also seen some recipe used 500gm cream but never tried.. because it'll make my cheese cake so expensive.. hehehe)
3. 7 eggs
4. 150gm sugar
5. a lil bit of salt
6. 35 gm corn starch
7. 70 gm flour
- putar cream cheese sampai tak berketul-ketul
- masukkan cream sedikit demi sedikit sambil putar sampai adunan smooth. ketepikan sebentar
- putar telur putih sampai kental. masukkan gula & garam, putar lagi.
- masukkan telur kuning dalam adunan cheese, putar, masukkan adunan telur putih + gula. putar
- masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit sambil putar
SIAP! Bakar selama 1 jam or so, pada suhu 165 degree menggunakan teknik double-boil.
kalau nak buat marble - ambil sedikit adunan kek, campurkan sedikit serbuk koko. Pipe kan ke atas kek & lorek-lorekkan.
kalau taknak muak, boleh parutkan sedikit kulit lemon.
kalau nak cheese cake beraneka rasa, boleh masukkan biskut oreo.
This mix must be baked (cannot be refrigerated).
