Last weekend i was in the mood for cooking, I still not satisfied with my chocolat ecake, be a steam choc cake or oven-heated. Something is wrong somewhere, but I don't know where. I've been trying for the recipes, change the raw material but I still cannot get the perfect one, the one that I have in my mind. My cake looks nice because of the topping (at least I'm improving my topping skill) but the cake sometimes taste too sweet, too moist.... I need more practice!
